Micro Events is a series of three objects. Three tables contain each a microscope and a small mechanical platform. The activity of peeping through the microscope and staring at small fragments and remains, is being dubbed with a soundtrack of absurd like voice-overs providing detailed descriptions of what there is to be seen. The experience generates for the participant a truly amazing cinematographical reality. Having discovered a joint fascination for unidentified objects and museum descriptions - as found in collections of archeological museums and other scientificial research institutions, Sprincamp 2012 engendered this idea for a common art project, which would grow into Micro Events. One of the Micro Events tables is part of the timelab Collection.
