Technology Driven Gastronomy
Innovation in gastronomy these days often seems to be technology driven rather than taste or consumer driven.
At the second edition of The Flemish Primitives, an international gastronomic seminar that took place in Bruges last monday, some of these innovations were presented. More on that here.
